Malaysian candidates, minimum age 17 years, pass aviation medical examination, pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with 5B's in English, Mathematics, Scrience and any other 2 subjects. For Overseas candidates, GCE "O" Level or equivalent with passes in English, Mathematics, Scrience or Physics, while remaining 2 credits can be in any other subjects.

Yes. Psychomotor and psychometric tests will be conducted before Admission

IATAC has two (DIAMOND DA40) and two (DIAMOND D42) replicas Flight Simulator Training Devices.

You will be trained on a FNPT Level II type simulator. The Flight Navigation and Procedures Trainer (FNPT) supports an aid student(s) in the fundamental skill of instrument flight.

Skills learned in flight simulators can be used successfully in aircraft; and the use of simulators for training can reduce flight time and thus is cost effective.

Cadet Pilots must obtain class 1 medical examination.

Cadet Pilots must obtain 75% and above.

The training programme consist of 12 months training in Theoretical Knowledge and 12 months of Flying. Total duration is 24 months for completion.

We are providing additional related information to the students who are unable to fly due to bad weather and there will be an instructor to assist them in these sessions
