Cancellation Policy
- All passengers are required to present a valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport during registration before boarding. - Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time for registration and safety briefing. - Flight schedules are subject to weather conditions, aircraft availability, and operational approval. - IATAC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel flights due to safety or operational reasons. - Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by the pilot and ground crew. - Dangerous goods, smoking, and prohibited items are strictly not allowed onboard the aircraft. - Passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. - The maximum passenger weight and safety limitations may apply based on aircraft operational requirements. - No refund will be provided for no-show passengers or late arrivals. By proceeding with the booking, passengers acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
